Coffee..makes sense to me...

Addiction. Coffee has been my best friend for many years now. It has been my greatest partisan in times when I am battling depression or when I am in a deep thought about something or someone. I take coffee as my greatest supporter when I don't have someone who can help me release my tension and exaggeration. I can take about 3-4 cups of coffee a day (using larger cups/mugs though). I can take any types of coffee, whether its from Starbucks or Coffee Bean or could it be just a regular coffee from the vendo machine in the office or from a pack of coffee I always bought from a store nearby. Though, I love sipping latte most of the time.

Sometimes I wonder, "does drinking coffee really benefits me?". I do some research about coffee and found some facts about coffee. But lets define first what is the meaning of coffee.

is a brewed drink prepared from roasted seeds, commonly called coffee beans, of the coffee plant. They are seeds of coffee cherries that grow on trees in over 70 countries. Green unroasted coffee is one of the most traded agricultural commodities in the world. Due to its caffeine content, coffee can have a stimulating effect in humans. Today, coffee is one of the most popular beverages worldwide."

Benefits of Coffee. While searching for some answers on what would be the health benefits of drinking coffee, I found some helpful facts online. I realized that aside from boosting our morning by drinking coffee, it can actually give us more than that:

  • Reduced Gall Stone. The Harvard School of Public Health recently published a study indicating that drinking caffeinated coffee on a regular basis can dramatically decrease the incidence of gall bladder disease and gall stones in both women and men.
  • Reduced Risk for Alzheimer's Disease. Two studies, one published in the European Journal of Neurology, have shown that individuals who drank about 2 cups of caffeinated coffee per day were less likely to develop Alzheimer's disease than individuals who drank no coffee or a small to moderate amount.
  • Reduced Risk for Parkinson's Disease. Studies have shown that the amount of coffee and caffeine consumed could be inversely related to an individual's likelihood of contracting Parkinson's disease. This means the more coffee you drink, the lower your chances are for developing the disease.
  • Antioxidants and Cancer-Fighting Properties. Coffee is a powerful source of antioxidants - agents that combat cancer-causing free radicals. Coffee is chock full of the compound methylpyridinium, which can't be found in many other food items and not at the level available in coffee. You can get antioxidants from both caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee as long as the beans are sufficiently roasted.
  • Increased Cognitive Ability. Studies have shown that regular coffee drinkers frequently score significantly higher on cognitive ability tests, spatial awareness exams, IQ tests, and short term memory studies. The effects of coffee on an individual's cognitive ability appeared to be more pronounced in elderly study participants and women.
  • Bowel Stimulation. Coffee is a stimulant and also a laxative. Some alternative practitioners even prescribe coffee enemas to stimulate the lower colon. However, because coffee is also a diuretic, it can cause constipation in some individuals.
  • Reduced Risk for Gout. A large study of over 45,000 men that was conducted over a 12-year period showed the amount of coffee consumed was inversely related to their risk or likelihood of developing gout.
Getting all this benefits from drinking coffee is good, but we also need to practice taking coffee in moderation and also advice from health expert is still our first priority. To some, drinking coffee is bad and could lead you to a serious illness in the future. For me, coffee is good for the health and personally I can think good and feel good when drinking coffee. But of course I know my limit and wont take it and will lead to addiction.

Overcoming Breakups

Ending a relationship is not always easy and for most people, nothing to celebrate about. Very often, people are faced with mixed feelings, including shock, anger, guilt, frustration, sadness, even fear. When there is nothing pleasant about boyfriend-girlfriend breakups, how do you protect yourself and avoid the trauma? Here are some ways that might help:
1. Accept the inevitability of change.
People change and this affects their relationships. Sometimes, when change occurs at different rates and directions, people grow apart and find no reason to stay in a relationship. When this happens, consider it as a part of a process.
2. Face the pain.
You will be better able to survive a breakup and avoid trauma if you can take the bad feelings, acknowledge them and accept them. Don’t try to close your mind through denial because no amount of wishing can change things magically. Don’t try to numb yourself using alcohol or drugs because other than the health risks, these offer only temporary relief.

3. Don’t blame yourself or the other person.
When the pain is too much, it’s much easier to handle if you could put the blame on someone. It’s all right to want to understand what caused your breakup but don’t over-analyze it - it will only drive you crazy.
4. Don’t try to play victim, either.
Trying to get other people’s sympathy or worse, trying to win your boyfriend or girlfriend back by playing on emotions will have a short term effect. If that person doesn’t want to have a relationship with you, then you shouldn’t have a relationship with them.

5. Keep your self-respect intact.
It’s normal to feel angry after a breakup, but don’t allow the hurt to get the better of you. Remember that you are a person who was created as a single entity with your very own talents and capabilities. Don’t waste your time on revenge or on lashing out. These acts may make you feel good but they will make you look bitter, craving for the attention from a person you no longer have.
6. Put a limit to your heartbreak.
Wallowing in self-pity will is probably excusable, but only up to a period. You can only mourn the loss of a relationship for so long. After that, you’ll have to get back to real life. Don’t nurture your pain after a breakup. It’s okay to feel depressed and mope, but don’t let this negative feeling get the better of you. Tell yourself that you will cry over the breakup for a while but when that time is over, you will move on with your life.

Dare to be Different

Are you tired of playing games, wearing masks or trying to be someone other than yourself? Wouldn’t you like the freedom to just be accepted for who you are, without the pressure to be someone you really don’t know how to be? Would you like to learn how to embrace your uniqueness and resist the pull to be like everyone else? God knew what He was doing when He made you. You are a unique individual—God created you the way you are! It’s time that we dare to accept ourselves as different and stop being insecure about who we are. If you’re going to overcome insecurities and be the person God’s called you to be, you must have the courage to be different. Unhappiness and frustration happen when we reject our uniqueness and try to be like each other.

If you’re going to be successful at being completely you, then you’re going to have to take a chance on not being like everyone else. You must ask yourself, Am I a people pleaser or a God pleaser?

Becoming a people pleaser is one of the easiest things we can do…but it can ultimately make us very unhappy. When we begin pleasing others, we begin to hear comments that make us feel good about ourselves. That’s okay as long as we don’t derive our sense of worth from it. People are too fickle for us to place our sense of worth in their opinions. We’re worth something because God says we’re worth something—not because of what people think or say about us.

People pleasers allow others to control their lives in order to gain acceptance and approval. But God doesn’t want us to be easily manipulated or controlled by others. We shouldn’t let other people’s opinions of us control our actions.

At the same time, we must walk in love. We can’t just do anything we want, whenever we want, with total disregard for the feelings of others. We can’t say, "I’m going to do this, and if you don’t like it, that’s tough—that’s your problem!" The Bible commands us to love others, and love doesn’t behave that way. However, we must not allow people to manipulate and control us to the point that we’re never free to be who we are. If we do, we’ll always try to become the person we think others expect us to be.

The world (those we know and deal with on a daily basis who may be family, friends, people in the neighborhood or even in the church) is continually trying to conform us to its image. The word conform means "to be similar in form or character; to behave in accordance with prevailing modes or customs.” Romans 12:2 says, Do not be conformed to this world (this age),…but be transformed (changed) by the [entire] renewal of your mind…It’s then that we find the good and acceptable will of God for our lives.

People will always try to fit us into their mold, partly due to their own insecurity. It makes them feel better about what they are doing if they can get someone else to do it too. Very few people have the ability to be who they are and let everybody else be who they are. Can you imagine how nice the world would be if we would all do that? Each person would be secure in who he is and let others be who they are. We would not have to try to be imitations of each other. God wants to take us, with all our weaknesses and inabilities, and transform us, by working from the inside out, to do something powerful in this earth. If we’re going to overcome insecurities and succeed at being ourselves, we can’t continue to be afraid of what everybody else may think. We can’t continue to allow others to fit us into their mold. We are different! We are unique! God created us this way to accomplish His purposes here on earth.

Di ko mapigilan lumingon at matitigan man lng sya.

dont now where to hide…
i never lied…
from the day your on my side…
you keep me calm…
when everything is going down…
but why i feel like this…
when in the first place you know how i miss…
your kiss
your peace…
maybe you need to ignore…
this feeling in me that i cant restore…
time will tell
i know i dare…
things will pass…
until the end and surely we’ll last…

I almost quit my job today

I almost quit my job today. In fact this is not the first attempt, this maybe my nth time ever since I worked in this company. I’m working in a BPO company. I guess for me, one of the best in the land in terms of benefits and maybe perk. Salary is good, better than nothing. I’ve been working in a call center for almost 3 yrs now. Ehmajenin nyo, since nag work ako sa call center dakilang agent pa din ako. Well, I’m not complaining naman sa position ko before. But, things are different now. Stagnant ang life ko as an agent. I tried to apply higher positions, pero.. wala namang nangyayari. Is it because uso na ang palakasan factor o di naman kaya need ng back up? Or maybe, I did not fit the job or overqualified (pampalubag loob naman).

While I’m taking my lunch, alone, I tried to ponder the things that pushed me to quit. Let me explain it to you in a trouble-free way:

Test I: Enumeration:

May increase man pero minsan maliit lng. Anak ng tinapa naman! Maka apply nga sa iba…

2. Klase ng work. Ano nga bang klaseng trabaho meron ako? Ipagpalagay na lng nating Callboy. Tinatawagan. Sinisigawan. Minumura matapos gamitin.

A friend doctor told me, working on a graveyard shift is not good for the health. Yung nagsasalita habang tulog? I forgot the term. Insanity? Exorcism? hahaha… Anyways to some it up, mental, emotional, and physical stress talaga. Thats why you really need to learn how to bent out your stress. Ilabas ang masasamang hangin (utot ba ito?). Negative vibes.

4. Gossip Girls and Boys. Why Boys? Well, “but of course” (expression ng close friend ko na si Rachel), gossips are not limited to girls. Though, I normally ignore it. But sometimes it still affects how you work. And worst is, it influence your work performance. What was the latest chikka on the floor?

Oppss.. After pondering this 4 things, I forgot tapos na pala lunch ko… waahh Over lunch tuloy (ma drama kasi!)

Anyways, I’m back on taking calls. Still, not feeling good and don’t feel like answering the phone. I wish and prayed mag 9AM na para out na ako sa work and get the hell out of my chair and go home.

(after 4 hours… Lunch ko kasi is 5AM and I’m off at 9AM)

Sa wakas, out na din ako…

On my way home, I still have the same feeling. I sat down and tried to contemplate on things. I really hate this feeling. I don’t like this at all. Well I wish that tomorrow will be better…

But wait, I realize that I am still lucky. I have a decent job. I earned it. I deserve it. I guess I need to be thankful for this job than complaining? What do you think?

Please stay with me

i dont know what to do
if i ever lose you
cant live my life without you
its hard when im not with you
please dont let me go
as i will always hold your hand and never go
dont give up on me
to you i will always be
imagine the times were together
those happy moments will be kept forever
the sad times that we’ve been through
makes our relationship strong and always brand new
I cant live seeing you hurt
that makes me bleed and torn apart
i cant forgive myself for hurting you
i said i’m sorry and hope you’ll forgive me too
im so proud of our relationship that we’ve reach this far
you knew that my past was a roller coaster or like in a chasing car
and then you came and touch my life in ways like nobody elses has
and im thankful that you fight every circumstances that comes between us
my world gets lonely
if youre not here with me
i wanna send my lifetime in love you
so please stay with me

Heat Alert

During weekends, I always stayed at home for relaxation and rest. But recently, staying at home makes me sick. I think Philippines is hit by a heat wave. I woke up at 9Am when I felt that the rays of the sun from the window hit my face and its like burning my skin. I went directly into the bathroom to take a shower. I felt that the water that coming from the shower is so hot. After I took off from the shower, my body feels too much heat and then I start sweating. I feel like my head is breaking due to too much heat. As of this writing my head is still aching in pain.I really think that the world is getting hotter everyday.
Almost every summer there is a deadly heat wave in some part of my country (Philippines). Too much heat is not safe for anyone. It is even dangerous if you are older or having a health problems. That's why its important to recovered from a heat quickly or you begin to feel confused and more worse than that - faint. Your heart began to beat slowly or more than that stop from beating. That's what i felt a while ago.
Some studies also said that too much heat might affect our brain which could also lead to cardiovascular or heart disease. When too heat strikes us a certain fluid cerebrum spinal fluid were affected when the body absorbed too much heat. (

Being hot for too long can cause some illnesses. They can be grouped under the name hyperthermia (hy-per-ther-mee-uh):
  • Heat exhaustion. This is also called as Heat Prostration, the most common heat related problem. It often results from heavy physical activity in hot conditions, and not drinking enough liquids. Our body has a cooling system which is controlled by our brain. This cooling system adjust and controls the heat temperature from our body by producing sweat. With this illness, the body is not working properly which leads to too much body temperature.Normal body temperature for an adult is generally 37 degrees Celsius, or 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit. With heat exhaustion, body temperature is usually between 37 to 40 degrees Celsius (98.6 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit). It has been said that heat exhaustion may damage cell and will result to dehydration. As the body temperature increases and affects your brain, heat exhaustion can lead to heatstroke.
  • Heat cramps. It is the painful tightening of muscles in your stomach area, arms or legs, usually occurs during exercise or working in a hot environment.Heat cramps usually involve the muscles fatigued by heavy work such as calves, thighs, abdomen, and shoulders. While your body temperature and pulse usually stay normal during heat cramps, your skin may feel moist and cool. Take these cramps as a sign that you are too hot — find a way to cool your body down. Be sure to drink plenty of fluids, but not those containing alcohol or caffeine.
  • Heat Syncope. This is a sudden dizziness that may come on when you are active in the heat. The basic symptom of heat syncope is a body temperature above 40°C (104°F) with fainting, or without mental confusion, which does occur in heat stroke. Heat syncope is caused by mild overheating with inadequate water or salt. In young persons, it is far more common than true sunstroke. (
  • Heat Stroke. Heat stroke is a form of hyperthermia, an abnormally elevated body temperature with accompanying physical and neurological symptoms. Unlike heat crampsheat exhaustion, two forms of hyperthermia that are less severe, heat stroke is a true medical emergency that can be fatal if not properly and promptly treated. and
Who is at risk?
  • Every might be affected from this. But normally children under 5 years of age and older adults are at great ricks specially those who cant take too much heat, like the heat exhaustion
  • People with heart conditions and high blood pressure may be affected more by the heat than others.
It's vital that you find a way to cool yourself down---without overdoing it, such as immersing yourself in ice-cold water.
Whatever activity you are doing should be stopped. Go to a cool place such as an air-conditioned room or in shade. Lie or sit with your feet elevated. If you are wearing extra clothing such as sports equipment, remove it. Drink some cool, non-alcholic liquid. Apply a cool cloth or towel to your skin.

What's with diet?

I supposed to start this massive new diet last January 1, 2010. They said that being sexy and looking good makes you feel good. Somehow I realize that being physically fit give you extra confidence. January 1 ended up as like my last day on earth. So I planned to start January 2. January 3 was almost successful (i think? I hope?), but I could not resist the call of the cola and chocolates from the fridge. Then, I had to wind back and do some checking and evaluating, and thus I’ve come to a number of realizations:
  • I hate dieting.
  • I know nothing about the right or proper diet procedures.
  • I need to diet because I wanted to look good for other people. Sad but true. I wanted to empress other people, which I know is wrong.
  • I need advice from people who actually dieted and became successful.
  • I don’t want to give up chocolates, coca-cola, chips, pork and beef.
  • I know I have to start exercising, but doing it is the main problem. I always set it in my mind to go to the gym, or take a short walk, or run few extra smiles, but then doing it is the main problem. For some reason, when I’m about to do it my body told me not to. So I get tired and lazy.
  • I get bored when I start running or walking in a thread mill. That’s totally boring. Can I just set in front of a computer and then play online games in facebook, like Farmtown or Farmville, and shave off extra pounds? Why can’t somebody craft a chair that will let you shave off excess weight while setting on it? Hahaha! A real example of Juan Tamad.
  • I actually don’t need to diet. I am not that big. I just have a big tummy. I think that’s what I need to trim. I have abs.. ABS-solutely fats…
I know I shouldn’t lose weight because I wanted to empress other people. I know I should take care about my health and be accountable to it “because that’s what really matters”. I think, dieting is good if you know the do’s and don’ts of it. If I really want to obtain the body that I want, I should take it seriously. But of course, I need some information from people who actually dieted and had success on it.
Tell me something about…
What type of food you eat? What strategies worked for you? What has not worked? Any recommended exercise to trim my tummy? Any questions and recommendations are welcome. So please feel free to leave a comments or suggestions…

Change is inevitable. Its either you learn to adopt the change and be like a chameleon or you fall from it and lost in space. I’ve heard it so many times that the only thing that doesn’t change is the word CHANGE itself. True to its sense, it’s the only thing that doesn’t change.
At work, change is constant. In a month you will do one thing and then the next month you’ll do different things. Its either you will learn new things, though it’s in a hard way, or tomorrow you’ll just wake up and you find yourself been carried away by the change and you won’t imagine that you lose your job. I’m working in a BPO industry, one of the biggest in our country. Working in a big company is hard, as change is always present. You’ll see people come and go. I meet some of them and asked them what causes them to go. Some go because they can’t go with the change. Some people go because they want something different. Some of them quit because the pressure is too much that they can’t bear it anymore. I should say that the bottom line of this is change. Some people can’t bear change. Some people like change. But is change really important? What makes it important? And what impact does it cause us when change hit us?
I believe change is important. With change we will be a better person, effective in every way. If you’re a business man and you don’t change your selling technique depending on the trends in the market, your business will die. If you’re working in a fashion industry, you need to create new things, think of new style or design. If you’re in a fashion business you need to be creative and innovative. If you’re in a fashion industry you need to change your old style depending on what’s in demand in the market. With change you can do better and great things. With change you can adopt as to what is new in the business.
As parents, in terms of disciplining your children, change is also important. You can never apply the same way of disciplining your child when he/she was still 7 years old. The more he/she matures the more you change your way of discipline. As the child grows older, his her ways of thinking also change. The more the child matures, the more he also changes his way of life and his way of thinking.

As per writing, I am literally changing location, from another station to another. I was moved back from IT (Information Technology Team from HR (Human Resource) Team. Its not that big change though, since we will still be doing the same thing. Though the only change i can see it, the location and the people I'll be working with.

I realized that the greatest change I am experiencing is the change of my spiritual life. For the past 4 years, I felt like I was disconnected from God. I was swift away by the different changed I experienced. I know I need to get back to God. I know I need to change my ways of life. I need to change my outlook in life. I know I need God in my life.

Change is what I need. I need to change for the better. Change is the key to a successful and happy life.

Thanking God for its new every Morning

I woke up this morning with a heavy heart. I am wondering what the future holds for me. For the past few days I was so worried about so many things. I am worried that I wont be successful in a lot of things. I am worried that my sacrifices will be take for granted. Then I realize that getting worried with things wont help. Instead it will only bring me down until I wont be able to do the things that I suppose to do. I have been praying to God so many times for a better future. I asked God's wisdom and guidance for every decision I've made. I am letting HIM control over me. Control over my life. I intercede every minute of everyday that God will show me the right way. The right direction to go. The right path to lead. I am asking God to give me a better career. I keep on asking God... and the list goes on and on... There are times, or maybe most of the time, if God didn't answer my prayers or petitions I complain a lot. I always keep myself away from Him. I always try to do things that I know will hurt Him. I always run away from Him and sinned. I am like a prodigal son. Always does what I want to do away from God's perfect will. I always question God why bad things happened to me. I never said a simple "THANKS" for all the goods things that he has given me since the very first day I was born.

I was reminded by God and lead me to
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18, "Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.". God reminded me that whatever I am experiencing, whether it is good or bad. I should be joyful always. Be happy when your in the eye of the storm. It only shows that God is testing your faith. It only shows that God wants you to be strong. And aside from being happy, God reminded me to pray continually. Don't stop. Pray continually... I remember a friend of me told me to PUSH and keep pushing. Now I realize that PUSH means Pray Until Something Happened. I now know that its the very key to every success. Its the only way to communicate to God. Its the only avenue so God will hear me. Then I never stop pushing...
I cant Imagine how vulnerable I am. It only shows that my faith to God is not that stable. I need to be strong in faith. I need to believe that all things are possible in His name. I need to believe that faith can move every mountain. At this very moment, I want to say Thank God for every good and perfect gift and believing that its all coming from you. Thank you for the life you have given me. Thank you for the wonderful people that surrounds me. Thank you for every blessings you have showered whether its big or small. No matter how hard it is. I pray that my faith in you will be like a stone built on a sinking sand. I thank you God for the future that you have prepared for me. I thank you for the better life ahead. I thank you in a million....

An eye for an eye

This is an eye issue. Our company had a free eye check up last February 5, 2010. I was the first patient on that day. I have a Myopia (Greek: μυωπία, muōpia, "nearsightedness"[1]), also called nearsightedness or shortsightedness, is a refractive defect of the eye in which collimated light produces image focus in front of the retina when accommodation is relaxed. I have a 2.75 on both eyes but the left one has astigmatism already, when I had my checked up last Friday its 3.75 already on both eyes. I have been worried about this since I experienced headaches and sometimes dizziness. I am hoping to buy new eyeglasses or contact lenses.

Hmm... Which one is better, wearing contact lenses or an eye glasses? Will there be any effect if i wear contact or glasses? For me its just for comfort. I look older wearing eyeglasses though, or maybe I don't have the right glasses for me. So can you please help me figure out?

Memoirs of my grandmother

My grandmother (my father's mother) passed away Last March 15, 2010. I always remember her as a loving and caring grandma. To my Aunts she is a disciplinarian. To my siblings she is the defender. To my grandpa she is the love of his life. But to me she is a great grandma who will love you no matter what.
She play a very important role in my life. She always find time to send me to school when Mom and Dad is not available. She is always there when I need someone. One thing that I always remember about her is she always remind me to read the Bible and trust God above all. To us she is one great grandma. We missed you and we love you Lola..

29 Years in the making

I celebrated my 29th birthday last week (March 22, 2010) at Pearl Farm Beach Resort in Davao City, Philippines. Its not really a plan on what I would love to do on my birthday. As you can see, my grandmother died and will have a burial ceremony tomorrow. So my birthday is not that good. However, my friends invited me to celebrate somehow. I think its ok right?

Anyways, I had so much fun at the resort. The buffet was great and the beach is really really cool. Its a great summer and its really a great birthday blast!

As I look back on the things that happened in my life, there are so many things that needs to be thankful for. Blessings that I received, things that made my life wonderful and colorful and people that mold me into a better person.

For 29 years of my existence here, I thank God for all the things He has done in my life. Here are some of the things I would like to be thankful for. Things that made a great impact in my life and people who are worth thanking for.

  • God (Yeshua Hamashiach). He is the source of my every existence. He is the reason why I'm here. All blessing and honor belongs to Him.
  • Family. The family that I belong to right now, makes me the person that God wants me to be. I thank God for giving me such a wonderful family. To my parents who give his unconditional love. To my siblings who also love me they way they can. To my relatives and loved ones who molded my whole personality. To my Aunts, uncles and cousins who accepted me, understands me and loved me without limit. I cant say your name one by one but, you know that I love our family and I would never exchange you for anything. I owe my life to you. I LOVE YOU ALL!
  • Friends. To my true and trusted friends who adds color to my life. You make my life worth living for. At times that I am alone and nobody to hold on to, you are there to help me stand up and change me positively. Starting from my childhood friends, without you my childhood would not be that wonderful. From playing under the heat of the sun, running under the rain (naked..hehehe),catching a spider when the sun goes down. To my high school friends who savor my high school days with fun and excitement. Our "kulitan" moments. Asking questions during exams and the undying "chikahan" during break or lunch time. No need to mention each one, but you know who you are. To my college friends who also contributed to my whole being. During the days of our thesis making, during the "puyatan" and "kulitan", walang tulugan and kantyawan, I thank you! You always put a smile on my face. I love you guys.
  • Church. You teach the true meaning of a believer. You molded my spiritual life and made me a better person. From the teachings you thought me since I was a child up to this day, will always remain in my heart. To our Pastor who became an instrument to spread the gospel, Thank you. To my churchmates and brothers and sisters in Christ. Thanks for praying with me and for believing in what God has given me.
  • Co-teachers (on my first job as a teacher). Maraming Salamat! You know that I will always cherish every moment that we had. I always love you and you know that when you need me, you can always count on me.
  • Mga ka agents dati. Thanks for the laughter. Thanks for making my agent life a wonderful one. Sa simula ng akoy sumasagot ng mga tawag na nakakadiri na hanggang sa pag press ng AD2 release ko sa AVAYA, you make my life so amazing. Thanks guys. Will never forget the faucets and the vacuums.. they are all part of me. hahaha
  • Mga ka teammates and ex-teammates (on my current position/job). Thanks! Mahal ko lang masasabi ko! hahaha
